Jewelry making is an adventure, and it is one that I have been on for the better part of a decade. It has only been in the past year though, that I have sat down and really looked into getting the things I make out there.
Much of what I create tends to wander into the realms of Steampunk and Gothic in style, incorporating heavily brass, copper, re-purposed salvaged items such as watch parts, earth tones, leather, deadly nightshade, glass bottles, and a variety of semi-precious to precious gemstones. It all comes together into something that is uniquely my style, born of imagination and experimentation and a desire to create something new, and sometimes potentially deadly.
Jewelry though, is not all of what Darcarin Studios is. From time to time other creative works may pop up, both for sale in the Etsy shop, or just to display a new project I am working on. Vinyl decals, steampunk wrist cuffs, drawings, paintings, digital artwork, and 3D illustrations are examples of what may appear.
