About & FAQ

About the Artist

I am a multi-purpose artist from the often humid and soggy land of Pennsylvania.

While this blog serves mostly as an outlet for jewelry, vinyl decal patterns, and a dumping spot for finished digital artwork that is not all I do. I am also; a 3D modeling and special effects artist (when I have a computer that can run the programs I own, which is not currently.), a painter by way of acrylic paints, and occasionally watercolor, a dabbler in writing poem-like things, a general-purpose craft-doer as whims strike. I dabble in a lot of areas, and I bounce around from one craft to another craft semi-regularly.

Outside of crafty talents I am also a grower (and murderer) of plant-like things, a fish-tank keeper, a cat-minder, an enjoyer of Steampunk, a Transformers fan, a sharp object collector, a reader of Poe, and have general interests in metaphysics, paranormal, and sci-fi fantasy areas.

Other Places You Can Find Me:

Etsy - https://www.etsy.com/shop/DarcarinStudios?ref=hdr_shop_menu   Periodically updated, but often forgotten as I am starting to swing more towards doing craft fairs and physical shows.
Tumblr - darcarinstudioshttps://www.tumblr.com/blog/darcarinstudios ). New-update jewelry photos, artwork, occasional first-look in progress images, and general short-post word spewing (whereas more long-winded or complicated word-spewings happen here on this blog).  I do not tend to reblog other things though, so as to keep my tumblr tidy and mostly original content.
Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/DarcarinStudios  I frequently forget this exists.  ..Oops.
DeviantArt - I have two separate accounts on deviantArt. DarcarinJewelry where I upload jewelry related items only, and Upsiloneexe, which is my general art account. One day I will buy premium membership for the general art account and change that horrible horrible name..
Twitter  - I technically have a account, but twitter and I get along like two things that do not get along very well. I pretty much just use it to signal boost new Etsy items, and this is the least-best way to get a hold of me.
